This is going to be my last post for a while. We will be moving, starting Friday, but we are going to pack up the computer tonight. I am not sure when we will be getting dial up hooked up at our new place (uggghhhh...dial up) but when we do, I will return to my blog....that no one reads. Haha. Whatever. If there is anyone out there that reads this, I am out for now. You haven't heard the last of me yet!

This move seems to be taking forever! I feel like we will never be out of here, even though we will be moving out this weekend. I am getting a little bit worried about the move. Gabe's mom and dad won't be coming to help, because they have cattle to feed. Gabe is from a family of 5 boys, and none of them are coming either. It is sort of frustrating. By next weekend, I am 2 weeks away from my due date! My mom and dad will be helping us, and my oldest brother and his wife are coming, as well as another one of my brothers and his wife. I am just hoping it all goes smoothly and that I don't go into labour.
People have been suggesting baby names to us for some time now, but it seems they are getting a little more forceful now. Some of the names are pretty scary, and I don't want to be responsible for my child getting beat up everyday on the playground.
Here is a question for anyone who passes through my blog, intentionally or unintentionally:
What is your opinion on baby immunization's? Do you just do it because it is "what everyone else does", do you not do it, do you have no opinions on the matter?
I have been doing some research on vaccinations, and there is a lot of information that points to the fact that immunisation of children does more harm than good. There are many harmful chemicals and other things added to vaccines. Some of these chemicals and elements include formaldehyde which is commonly used to embalm corpses and is a known carcinogen (capable of causing cancer), thiomersal, a derivative of mercury which is a toxic heavy metal, aluminium phosphate which is a toxin used in deodorants. Other toxic ingredients include phenol (carbolic acid), alum (a preservative), and acetone which is a volatile solvent used in fingernail polish remover.
Vaccines contain not only poisonous chemicals but also foreign proteins such as chick embryo, calf serum, rabbit brain tissue and monkey kidney cells. These foreign proteins can trigger numerous allergic and inflammatory reactions and can produce anaphylactic shock in susceptible infants.
Let me know what you think.

Well, we officially have found our place. We found a beautiful little acreage outside of the town where Gabe works. We are pretty excited to be living outside of town and to be able to have such privacy! The only downside... no high speed internet available out there. We haven't made the decision yet if we are going to get dial up (I hate dial up!). I am not sure what we will be doing. If we go the dial-up way, it will be almost impossible for me to do anything because it is soooo slow. We will be moving on January 26. I am cutting things really close. Tomorrow, I am three weeks from my due date! Yikes! But I should run and continue packing. It seems to never end!!! I am on maternity eave now (woo-hoo!) but I just can't seem to want to do anything other then sleep!

I need to take down the countdown thing on my blog for maternity leave. I was supposed to be done this Friday, but now I am going back to work my last day Monday. That's okay. They would like me there to show the person who is taking my leave what my job is like. They don't want to just throw them in with the kids without having a clue as to how I work with them. I am okay with it. It will make me not be a crying mess on Friday when I have to say good-bye to all the kids that I love so much. Now I will just be a crying mess on Monday.

Well, we found a house...sort of. We really wanted to buy, we are ready to buy. Unfortunately, when you are looking in a small town, you do not have a lot of options. We aren't prepared to move into a "fixer-upper" because we have a baby coming so soon, and we know that most of our time will be dedicated to this new bundle of joy. We have found a small place to rent, which is okay I guess. The house isn't that great, it is really outdated, but it is a roof above our heads. The only downside; there is no washer and dryer, so we have to buy our own. I guess that is okay. We would probably have to buy one sooner or later, I guess it is just sooner rather then later. The man who owns it is letting us move in whenever we want, so as soon as things are packed a little better, we are on our way. This will be the home that we bring our first baby home to. It is kind of exciting.
We have done some shopping and we have bought a new crib (and mattress), baby swing, stroller, car seat, and a whole swack of diapers. We are now just trying to find a nice dresser that matched our crib. Baby stuff sure is expensive, but it is pretty exciting to be buying all of this stuff. I even have bought my "coming home" outfit for the baby. It is a mix between teal and royal blue. A color that can be either feminine or masculine. Now, we just have to move and then wait for the baby!
